Colyus, a Yaderan.
The Yaderans are a humanoid species from the Gamma Quadrant. They are experts with holotechnology. This technology emits Omicron radiation.
In 2340, their homeworld, Yadera Prime, was conquered by the Dominion. (DS9: "Shadowplay")
