The Xindi bioweapon
The Xindi bioweapon was an alternate method of wiping out Humanity devised by the Xindi-Reptilian scientist Damron.
To gather the necessary biological information, the Reptilians placed an operative, Rajiin, aboard Enterprise who was capable of scanning people with her hands. She had scanned several crewmembers by the time her true goal was discovered and was locked in the brig. A group of Reptilians and Insectoids eventually freed her.
