William Meader (4 July 1904 – 15 April 1979; age 74) played the role of Space Command Representative Lindstrom in the Star Trek episode "Court Martial".
He previously appeared in the classic science fiction film When Worlds Collide, starring Richard Derr and John Hoyt and featuring Leonard Mudie. Other classic films in which he appeared include The Lost Weekend (1945), The Blue Dahlia (1946, with Anthony Caruso), Unconquered (1947, with Marc Lawrence), The Big Clock (1948, with Richard Webb), and The Carpetbaggers (1964, with Paul Baxley, Peter Duryea, Ed McCready, and James B. Sikking).
