Wess Roberts (born 8 October 1946; age 69) is an author of books about leadership, including Leadership Secrets of Attila the Hun. He wrote a book about leadership based on Star Trek with Bill Ross, titled Make It So.

He earned a doctorate in psychology from Utah State University and then joined the US Army. After leaving the military, he worked at a variety of firms before taking adjunct professor positions at Nova Southeastern University, Southern Utah University, and Utah State University. He taught business, psychology, and education related courses at each of these institutions.

Roberts continues to live in Utah.
