Vulcan Compounds or Vulcan Consulates were Vulcan residential and diplomatic facilities on Earth as of the 22nd century.

Commander Trip Tucker lived a few blocks from the Vulcan Compound in Sausalito when he first joined Starfleet in 2139. He once sarcastically remarked that there were "great parties at the Vulcan Compound." While visiting Earth during the mid-22nd century, Doctor Phlox attempted to familiarize himself with many of the planet's religions. While there he was also allowed to observe the Tal-Shanar at the Vulcan Consulate. (ENT: "Broken Bow", "Cold Front")

Being apprenticed to Ambassador Soval, Sub-Commander T'Pol moved to the Vulcan Compound in Sausalito in 2149. Although Vulcans rarely left the compound as it provided "all recreational needs", T'Pol did so on at least one occasion in 2150 in order to explore the city. (ENT: "Broken Bow", "Fusion")

In 2155, the Human isolationist movement "Terra Prime" issued an ultimatum demanding that all aliens had to leave the Sol system igniting spontaneous protests around a Vulcan compound amongst others. The demands were obviously ignored, as there was no indication the Vulcans had withdrawn from their consulates in Berlin and Canberra after the ultimatum had passed. (ENT: "Terra Prime")
