On his deathbed in 2373, Enabran Tain, the former head of the Obsidian Order, during a conversation with Elim Garak about past enemies, asked him whether he had been able to contact Gul Vorlem. Garak replied, "Years ago," confirming that all of Tain's enemies were now dead. (DS9: "In Purgatory's Shadow")
