Victoria George (born 15 July 1939; age 84) played "Ensign Jana Haines" in the Star Trek: The Original Series second season episode "The Gamesters of Triskelion". She filmed her scenes on Tuesday 17 October 1967 at Desilu Stage 9.

Biography[]

George began her modeling career in the 1960s before transitioning into acting.

Her credits during the latter half of the 60s included a mix of television and films, including an appearance on 12 O'Clock High (1966, with Garth Pillsbury, Frank Overton, Bert Remsen, and Roger Perry), and The Green Hornet (1966, with Barbara Gates), and the film El Dorado (1966, with John Gabriel, Adam Roarke, Chuck Courtney, and Paul Fix).

Her perhaps most noted role was in the faux Spaghetti Western film The Last Rebel (1971, with Michael Forest). Just prior to its release, she appeared on the cover of the August 17, 1970 issue of Sports Illustrated with the film's lead actor and football star Joe Namath. [1]

The following year she appeared on an episode of the show Search (1972, with Roy Jenson, John Warburton, and Jim Goodwin), as well as an episode of The Mod Squad (1972, with Clarence Williams III, Tige Andrews, Charlene Polite, and Booker Bradshaw). Five years later, she appeared in the film Mr. Billion (1977, with Bob Minor, Robert Herron, Earl Boen, Walt Davis, Denver Mattson, and Dick Miller).

George continued to model into the early 1990s through the Cunningham Agency, despite waning modelling opportunities, before eventually retiring to Oregon.
