Victoria Dillard (born 20 September 1967; age 56) is an actress who played a command division ensign who dreamt being a ballerina in the Star Trek: The Next Generation first season episode "Where No One Has Gone Before".

Dillard was born in New York City and began performing on stage at the age of five with the Dance Theatre of Harlem. She performed with them in such production as Porgy and Bess at the Metropolitan Opera. She made her screen debut at the age of nineteen with her Star Trek role.

She is probably best known for her role as Janelle Cooper on the comedy series Spin City, on which she worked with Alan Ruck. She was also the long-term girlfriend of actor Laurence Fishburne.

In 2005, she was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. She has since become an advocate for Parkinson's disease research and treatments.
