Victor Lobl

Victor Lobl while directing DS9: "In the Pale Moonlight"

Victor Lobl (born 5 February 1940; age 84) is an American director from New York City who directed six episodes of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Star Trek: Voyager between 1997 and 1999. He was once married to Christina Pickles.

Lobl was approached to direct by Ira Steven Behr and Hans Beimler. (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Companion (p. 361))

Lobl has also directed episodes of Beauty and the Beast (starring Ron Perlman and Armin Shimerman), Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman, Beverly Hills, 90210, Diagnosis Murder, Touched by an Angel, Cagney and Lacey, St. Elsewhere, and Max Headroom.
