Victor Brandt (born 19 September 1942; age 81) is an actor who had two roles during TOS Season 3.
In 1996, Victor provided the voice for Dr. Emil Hamilton in Superman The Animated Series (a character later voiced by Robert Foxworth in Justice League Unlimited. Other Trek actors that have provided their voices include Christopher McDonald, Ron Perlman, Jason Marsden, Michael Dorn, Joanna Cassidy, Clancy Brown, Malcolm McDowell, Corey Burton, Lori Petty, Charles Napier, Diane Michelle, Andrea Martin, Steve Sandor, Tony Jay, Sherman Howard, David Warner, Jeff Bennett, David L.
