The Reman Viceroy of Praetor Shinzon.
The Reman Viceroy was second-in-command to Praetor Shinzon in 2379. He assisted Shinzon onboard the Reman Warbird Scimitar. Along with providing command advice and relaying orders to the crew, he assisted Shinzon in the telepathic rape of Deanna Troi. Her husband, William T. Riker, later killed him while defending the USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-E) from a Reman boarding party. (Star Trek Nemesis)
The Viceroy was played by Ron Perlman. The Nemesis novelization gave the Viceroy the name "Vkruk".
