Nothing on the interactive portion of this site or its instructions; makes any sense whatsoever. There is no normal interactive dialogue & the setup is chaotic & illogically organized. I see no value whatsoever in membership or in the confused layout & erratic design. The only positive portion of this website is the star Trek information. Otherwise, it is unusable.

It reminds me of the old GWBasic we used before they invented windows. This is completely archaic. This site & software is so backward & out of date, it must be from some technologically backward foreign country.

This site even makes it impossible to allow us to delete our user account. There is no link or info or tool to remove our membership forcing me to butcher everything to make it unusable. The non-spam connection is also a lie. I was hit with a page full of spam within 48 hours of joining. This is the first spam attack I've had in 10 years because I don't join sites & made a gross mistake doing so this time. But you are trying to hold us prisoner against our will to keep us from deleting our membership. Preventing users from quitting their membership accounts can cost you your domain, your IP & host server if you lease. It is a Federal violation.

In my 35 years of computer experience & engineering, I have never seen such a user unfriendly setup, layout & prehistoric software. You will have to delete my membership at software root level. This is the worst mess I have ever seen.

It is a shame considering the Star Trek info was very nice. Star Trek info is really the only thing that belongs on Memory Alpha which is a Star Trek invention to begin with. Everything else should be removed & loaded onto another site with a more appropriate name. I certainly would not look for Wild kingdom (for example) on Memory alpha & I doubt many nonTrek internet users would look for anything on here either. Memory Alpha is a Trek term which mostly Trek fans would use to look up Trek info. Anything else on the site is a waste of space.

DELETE my username & membership & account from this site. Unsubscribe. I don't care how you do it as long as my account is removed. The preceding unsigned comment was added by Midge56 (talk • contribs).

I'm sorry you feel that way and don't wish to offer suggestions for improvement. You will have to contact Wikia for assistance with your account, which you can do here. 31dot (talk) 09:18, August 30, 2012 (UTC)
