My Great Star Trek Rewatch Edit

During the course of 2013, I have rewatched all the Star Trek series and movies in airdate order.

My progress:
14 February - 24 March: Star Trek: The Original Series
25 March - 30 March: Star Trek: The Animated Series
2 April: Star Trek: The Motion Picture
4 April: Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan
5 April: Star Trek III: The Search for Spock
6 April: Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home
7 April - 3 July: Star Trek: The Next Generation
25 April: Star Trek V: The Final Frontier
23 May: Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country
10 June - 30 September: Star Trek: Deep Space Nine
8 July: Star Trek Generations
11 July - 19 October: Star Trek: Voyager
August: Star Trek: First Contact
September: Star Trek: Insurrection
20 October - 23 November: Star Trek: Enterprise
November: Star Trek Nemesis
24 November: Star Trek
25 November: Star Trek Into Darkness
26 November: "The Cage" (bonus)

Well, I'm a long-time Star Trek-fan since I was a little kid, playing the adventures of the Enterprise at the school playyard (I was Captain Kirk, and another kid was Spock, and we searched for Humpback whales - the other guy is currently the lead singer of a black metal band...). My favourite show of all time is TOS. Although I like TNG and DS9 too, I remained a classic "Trekkie" since the moment I've first seen the Enterprise for the rest of my life.

Thanks Edit

In the entertainment industry, those who work behind the camera are usually outshined by those who are photographed by them. However, they make films and television alive, and without their dedication and hard work, there couldn't be Star Trek or any other work of motion picture.

I especially wish to remember the following people for their unforgettable contributions to the series we all know and love:

John D.F. Black
Steven W. Carabatsos
Gene L. Coon
Alexander Courage
Joseph D'Agosta
Marc Daniels
Kellam de Forest
Irving Feinberg
Jerry Finnerman
D.C. Fontana
James Goldstone
Ernest Haller
Walter M. Jefferies
Robert Justman
Vincent McEveety
John Meredyth Lucas
Edward K. Milkis
Samuel A. Peeples
Gregg Peters
Joseph Pevney
Fred Phillips
Gene Roddenberry
Ralph Senensky
Herb Solow
Fred Steiner
William Ware Theiss

A confession Edit

Anthropoid ape "I'm more intelligent than Rick Berman and Brannon Braga together!"

Some of the most attractive ladies of Star Trek Edit

Globe Illustrated Shakespeare

Remember when Star Trek referenced Shakespeare and not the Beastie Boys?

Robert Wise

When it was directed by people really knowing their profession?

Kirk surrounded by Tribbles

When humor meant more than bad one liners?

Mira Romaine and Scotty

When Scotty had much better company than a green midget?

Khan Noonien Singh, 2267

When villains were more complex than just wanting to blow up everything?

TOS head

Give me that old-time Star Trek, it's good enough for me.

Star Trek: Deep Space NineEdit

Star Trek: VoyagerEdit

"Space the Final Frontier. These are the voyages of the Starship Enterprise. It's five-year mission: to explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations. To boldy go WHERE NO MAN HAS GONE BEFORE..." - James Tiberius Kirk
