Ursaline Bryant (born 4 November 1947; age 76) is the actress who played Captain Tryla Scott in the Star Trek: The Next Generation first season episode "Conspiracy". She was born on the same day as Jerry Fleck.

Bryant made her acting debut in 1977 on The Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew Mysteries in the episode "Murder of the Hollywood Phantom" (with Clive Revill). Bryant was also cast in the comedy ...All the Marbles (1981, with John Hancock, Clyde Kusatsu, Faith Minton, and Claudette Nevins). Bryant continued in comedy when she appeared in 1987's Hot Pursuit (with DS9 guest Monte Markham). After her television debut, Bryant was seen in 1986 on The Redd Foxx Show in the episode "The Prodigal Son" (with Vanessa Williams) and on The Golden Girls in the episode "Ladies of the Evening" (with Rhonda Aldrich and Phil Rubenstein). Her next appearance was on Doogie Howser, M.D. (starring Lucy Boryer, Lawrence Pressman, and James B. Sikking) in the episode "Doogie Got a Gun" (1992, with Ron Canada and Ed O'Ross). She also appeared in Seinfeld starring Jason Alexander in "The Burning" (1998, with Daniel Dae Kim and Henry Woronicz).
