The Unroth system was a planetary system in the Romulan Star Empire, home to a Romulan colony.

In late 2375, the Breen military leader Thot Gor observed that the colony's long-range sensor array was being repaired, leaving them vulnerable to attack. This insight had previously eluded Dominion strategists. (DS9: "Strange Bedfellows")

According to the Star Trek: Star Charts, on page 61, the Unroth system was located in the Beta Quadrant. This system's primary was a F-type star.

The reference book Star Trek: Federation - The First 150 Years identifies the Romulan planet shown in ENT: "Minefield" as Unroth III.
