Impact planet
Four billion years ago, as of 2374, hydrocarbon fragments of a comet crashed on the surface of this planet and evolved into plant life. From this plant life, further life evolved and led to several space-faring species which colonized several sectors.
While aboard Annorax's weapon ship, Chakotay ran a simulation in which he erased the comet the USS Voyager met. The simulation resulted in erasing about 8,000 civilizations. (VOY: "Year of Hell, Part II")
L-370 planets
These seven planets were charted by the USS Enterprise in 2266. By 2267, they had been reduced to debris by the planet killer. (TOS: "The Doomsday Machine")
Parasitic beings' planet
A species of parasitic beings was discovered on this uncharted planet by a survey team around 2364. (TNG: "Conspiracy")
Q's planet
In 2364, Q brought the crew of the USS Enterprise-D on the surface of a desolate planet at an unknown location. Data hypothesized that due to Q's powers, the planet and its twin moons might not exist at all. The surface was desert-like with rocks. No life or plant was found on the planet and the sky was green. (TNG: "Hide and Q")
Q's planets
These two unnamed planets could be seen from the surface of Q's recreated planet where he brought the crew of the Enterprise-D in 2364. (TNG: "Hide and Q")
