Nuu'Bari holograms

These three Nuu'Bari holograms were primitive holograms employed as laborers aboard a Nuu'Bari mining vessel in 2377.

After Iden delivered them from the Nuu'Bari mining vessel he wanted them to join his rebellion but the first hologram only asked for input. Iden was unhappy to learn that they were non-sentient holograms and had very low matrices that could not be enhanced. (VOY: "Flesh and Blood")

Two of the holograms were played by background actors who received no credit for their appearance.
Two of their costumes were sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1] [2] [3]

Photonic Lifeform

Photonic alien

This Photonic Lifeform along with the rest of his species mistakenly believed that the Captain Proton holodeck program was real and were now at war with Doctor Chaotica. He assumed human form and met with the Doctor, who was posing as the President of Earth. He convinced him that they should join forces to defeat Chaotica. The alien agreed and return to his realm, termed the fifth dimension by the program, once Chaotica had been defeated. (VOY: "Bride of Chaotica!")

This lifeform was played by actor Jim Krestalude.

Holographic Vulcan

This holographic Vulcan was created as hunting prey by the Hirogen using technology given to them by the USS Voyager in 2374.

In 2377, he joined other holograms led by Iden, rebelled against the Hirogen and escaped from the confines of the space station on which they resided. Following their successful rebellion, they attempted to create their own colony. (VOY: "Flesh and Blood")

The holographic Vulcan was played by Dieter Hornemann.
The Star Trek Customizable Card Game gives his name as Sumek.

Holographic Jem'Hadar

This holographic Jem'Hadar was created as hunting prey by the Hirogen using technology given to them by the USS Voyager in 2374. (VOY: "Flesh and Blood")

The Star Trek Customizable Card Game gives his name as Wodek'Idan.

Holographic Breen

This holographic Breen was created as hunting prey by the Hirogen using technology given to them by the USS Voyager in 2374. (VOY: "Flesh and Blood")

The Star Trek Customizable Card Game gives his name as Dar.

Holographic Cardassian 1

This holographic Cardassian was created as hunting prey by the Hirogen using technology given to them by the USS Voyager in 2374. (VOY: "Flesh and Blood")

The Star Trek Customizable Card Game gives his name as Harath.

Holographic Cardassian 2

This holographic Cardassian was created as hunting prey by the Hirogen using technology given to them by the USS Voyager in 2374. His memories were transferred to The Doctor to gain his understanding of the holograms' plight. (VOY: "Flesh and Blood")

The Star Trek Customizable Card Game gives his name as Doran.

Holographic Romulan

This holographic Romulan was created as hunting prey by the Hirogen using technology given to them by the USS Voyager in 2374. (VOY: "Flesh and Blood")

The Star Trek Customizable Card Game gives the Romulan's name as Garren.

Holographic Borg

The holographic Borg was created as hunting prey by the Hirogen using technology given to them by the USS Voyager in 2374. He was present when Iden brought the Doctor to his ship.

Holographic Klingon

The holographic Klingon was created as hunting prey by the Hirogen using technology given to them by the USS Voyager in 2374. He was among the patients that The Doctor had to "cure".

Holographic Starfleet officers

These three holographic Starfleet officers and Weiss were hunted down by two Hirogen hunters in a Hirogen training facility. They've covered in a lake and surprised the two Hirogen by firing out of this lake. The two Hirogen were killed during this maneuver. (VOY: "Flesh and Blood")

All three Starfleet holograms were played by background performers who received no credit for this appearance.
They filmed their scenes on 31 August 2000 on location at the Warner Brothers backlot.
