These are an unidentified non-humanoid species observed in the 22nd century.

Akaali creatures

A number of creatures, both stuffed and represented by statues, were on display in an antique shop on the Akaali homeworld. (ENT: "Civilization")

Like at least one other object of art in the shop, some of the statues might represent mythological rather then real creatures.

Archer IV wildlife

Archer IV contained several unnamed species. (ENT: "Strange New World")

Klingon food animal

Klingon animal skull, Sleeping dogs

Skull of an unidentified animal

The skull of an unknown animal was found in the kitchen of the IKS Somraw. (ENT: "Sleeping Dogs")

The prop is the skull of a red fox

Loracus Prime termites

Unidentified Loracus Prime termites

Termites native to Loracus Prime

Profiles of a number of termite species native to Loracus Prime were seen in the Handbook of Exobiology. (ENT: "Strange New World")

These termites were seemingly identified in the book, but were barely legible and have not been deciphered.

Mirror universe animal

Phlox examining an animal

In the mirror universe, Phlox was seen experimenting on a mammalian looking animal. (ENT: "In a Mirror, Darkly")

P'Jem horses

The monastery at P'Jem included at least two statues of horse-like creatures.

It can be presumed these weren't Earth horses, given the lack of contact between P'Jem and Earth. However, it is not known if these creatures were from P'Jem, Vulcan, somewhere else, or even mythological.

Unnamed alien species1

One of the aliens

A bipedal species, from an unknown star system.

This species, and their technology were unknown even to the Vulcan database. They chased the Enterprise NX-01 in September of 2151, and did not respond to hails. Then they returned several other times, now causing significant damage. During one attack, this species activated a dampening field, while two of its crew boarded Enterprise. They were fired at by Captain Archer, but the phase pistol had no effect. They soon left. (ENT: "Silent Enemy")

Unnamed alien species2

Another alien

The species was designed by Dan Curry. John Teska, who built the CGI models, referred to the aliens as "Shroomies" after their mushroom-shaped heads. Other members of the art department, such as Doug Drexler, also used this name. Teska commented on his build, "Some fans out there must know the name of the mysterious aliens from "Silent Enemy", but I'll only know them as ‘the Shroomies'. These lovely bulbous-headed beauties appeared in first season "Enterprise" and were featured in several shots sneaking around the ship and scanning an unconscious human. I recall Dan Curry brought these sketches and we discussed ways to make their appearance and actions non-human – there should be no mistaking them for actors in costume. I had fun fleshing them out in 3D from the pencil drawings. The skin surface had layers of organic texture as if their heads were filled with organs. You probably would not enjoy eating dinner with one if you were invited… which is very rare indeed."[1] Curry later remarked, "I had the opportunity to design the alien creatures. I worked with John Teska up at Foundation Imaging. I wanted their skin to be somewhat transparent, like those fish where you can see their internal organs. John did a great job in creating a creature like that, where it's almost like a jellyfish on the outside and you can see the nerves under the skin. I was very happy with those."(Star Trek: The Magazine Volume 3, Issue 7, p.52)

In Star Trek Online, this species - called the Elachi - play a large role in the Romulan Republic storyline. They are also implied to be the same solanogen-based lifeforms encountered in TNG: "Schisms".

Skagaran colony creatures

A Human saloon on an unnamed Skagaran colony featured numerous animal skulls and other hunting trophies. (ENT: "North Star")

Apart from the trophies pictured, there were also at least two hides, a horn, and several more hard to see trophies.

Spiked pig-like animal

In December 2154, Harrad-Sar served a member of this species aboard his ship. (ENT: "Bound")

This might be a Targ.

Thera flyers

flying creatures over Thera

A holographic recreation of Thera included a few large flying creatures.(ENT: "Unexpected")

Xindi Biorifle lifeform

Xindi biorifle

Eel-like creatures in a Xindi Biorifle

The power source of a Xindi-Reptilian biorifle was formed by an eel-like engeneered lifeforms. These creatures were capable of reproducing, and thrived when exposed to omicron radiation. However, a sustained burst of delta radiation could kill the creature. (ENT: "The Shipment")
