Uxali Lieutenant
A lieutenant
The Uxali Lieutenant was an inhabitant of the planet Uxal that had been contaminated by an Earth probe called Friendship 1. The probe caused radiation sickness. He held Tom Paris, Neelix and Joe Carey hostage under orders of Verin, the leader of the group. (VOY: "Friendship One")
