Multiple realities
(covers information from several alternate timelines)

The following is a list of unnamed personnel aboard the USS Voyager:

Individuals who served in multiple or unknown divisions are listed below.

Civilians

Harper's baby

This child was the baby of Ensign Harper's Silver Blood duplicate. It was cause for celebration, according to Kathryn Janeway's Silver Blood duplicate. (VOY: "Course: Oblivion")

This baby was only mentioned in dialogue.

Dual branches

Command, operations and sciences officer

This officer served in all divisions on board Voyager in the 2370s.

Wearing a command uniform, he was standing next to the tactical station and reading a PADD during the attack of the Kazon-Ogla starships. When Voyager was hit by the Kazon carrier vessel, he was thrown against the console and fell to the ground. Two fellow officers then assisted him and brought him off the bridge. (VOY: "Caretaker")

This was the first stunt to be filmed on Voyager and coordinated by Madalone. He originally filmed this stunt on Friday 9 September 1994 on Paramount Stage 8. When Genevieve Bujold left the production, the scene had to be re-shot and Madalone filmed this stunt again on Thursday 22 September 1994 on Paramount Stage 8.

He was also on duty on the bridge, as a member of the sciences division, when the ship was hit by energy discharges of a type-4 quantum singularity and was thrown over the handrail. (VOY: "Parallax")

Madalone was originally scheduled to film this stunt on Monday 31 October 1994 on Paramount Stage 8 but finally filmed the stunt on Wednesday 2 November 1994 on Stage 8. The call sheet is listing him as "ND Crew".

He was in main engineering when Voyager tried to repair the damage done to the nucleogenic cloud being and fell off the second level in engineering when the being activated its defense systems. (VOY: "The Cloud")

Madalone filmed this stunt on Wednesday 30 November 1994 on Paramount Stage 9 and is listed as "N.D. Stunt Starfleet" on the call sheet.
A behind the scenes making-of of this stunt is featured in the documentary "Star Trek: Voyager - Inside the New Adventure".

He was on duty, wearing a command division uniform, on the bridge when a space-dwelling lifeform hit the ship and he fell off the stairs on the bridge. Ensign Samantha Wildman helped him stand up. (VOY: "Elogium")

Madalone filmed this stunt on Thursday 20 April 1995 on Paramount Stage 8 and is listed as "N.D. Stunt Starfleet" on the call sheet.

His console on the bridge exploded during a shootout with the Kazon prior before Voyager was taken over by the Kazon. (VOY: "Basics, Part I")

As part of the sciences division he encountered the Hanonian land eel in a cave on Hanon IV and was eaten by the eel. (VOY: "Basics, Part II")

This officer was played by Stunt Coordinator Dennis Madalone who received no credit for his appearances.

Sciences and operations officer

This officer worked in the operations division and sciences division aboard Voyager while stranded in the Delta Quadrant.

He was on duty in engineering when the crew prepared to enter Borg space in 2373 and made first contact with Species 8472. (VOY: "Scorpion")

He was on duty in engineering when Tuvok surprised the kissing couple B'Elanna Torres and Tom Paris and when Seven of Nine uncovered the Srivani scientist Alzen. (VOY: "Scientific Method")

In an alternate timeline created by the Krenim Annorax using his temporal weapon ship, he was among the medical personnel who evacuated sickbay shortly before deck 5 blew off. He then treated the wounded in the triage mess hall. (VOY: "Year of Hell")

He suffered from acute functional dyspepsia after consuming Neelix's version of Rodeo Red's Red-Hot, Rootin'-Tootin' Chili. Tom Paris treated him in sickbay. (VOY: "Message in a Bottle")

He passed Captain Janeway and the alien cryptologist Arturis in a corridor shortly after he arrived aboard Voyager. Later, he passed Seven of Nine in a corridor when Voyager received good news from home. (VOY: "Hope and Fear")

A biomimetic copy of him was working in the mess hall and cared for the crewmembers who suffered from degradation. (VOY: "Course: Oblivion")

He visited the mess hall and talked to alien visitors while Voyager docked at the Markonian outpost. (VOY: "Survival Instinct")

He attended a concert by The Doctor, held for the Qomar in the mess hall. (VOY: "Virtuoso")

He visited the mess hall when Neelix told B'Elanna Torres and Chakotay how he got sunburned on the surface of the Norcadian homeworld. (VOY: "Tsunkatse")

He was in the mess hall when B'Elanna Torres, accompanied by Janeway, requested all crewmembers to stop eating because there was a contaminant in the replicator system. (VOY: "Live Fast and Prosper")

He appeared as part of Neelix peaceful memory during his meditation while trapped in a Jefferies tube, as told as a story by Neelix to the Borg children aboard Voyager. (VOY: "The Haunting of Deck Twelve")

He was among the crewmembers who gathered in Astrometrics in 2377 to watch the positions of the participants of the Antarian Trans-stellar Rally. He stood next to William McKenzie. (VOY: "Drive")

He was among the medical personnel who treated the wounded Hirogen in the mess hall following the attack of the photonic lifeforms. (VOY: "Flesh and Blood")

He took orders from B'Elanna Torres while Voyager was outfitted with the ablative generator from the 25th century. (VOY: "Endgame")

This engineer was played by regular background actor and Ethan Phillips' stand-in Joey Sakata.
He received no credit for his appearances except for his final one in "Endgame" where he is listed as "Engineering N.D." in the end credits.

Crewman in French civies

Voyager crewman in French civies

A female crewman

This Voyager crewman was among the Voyager crewmembers who were hunted down on the holodeck by the Hirogen. She visited a café in the recreation of Sainte Claire and was later treated in sickbay due to the injuries caused by the Hirogen. (VOY: "The Killing Game", "The Killing Game, Part II")

This crewmember was played by background actress Marie Micheaux who received no credit for her appearances.
She was identified by the call sheets – On the first one, she was just listed with her last name as one of the "Women" in the Sainte Claire scenes. On the call sheet for the sickbay scenes in Part II, she is listed as "Starfleet in French Civies".

Dalby's friend

Ex-Maquis Kenneth Dalby was caught tampering with Voyager's systems in order to increase his friend's replicator rations, one of many violations which made him an ideal candidate for Tuvok's Starfleet field training course. (VOY: "Learning Curve")

This friend was only mentioned in dialogue.

GI-appearing crewman

Voyager crewman as GI

A crewman

This Voyager crewman was among the Voyager crewmembers who were hunted down on the holodeck by the Hirogen. He appeared as an American GI and later treated in sickbay due to his injuries caused by the Hirogen. (VOY: "The Killing Game", "The Killing Game, Part II")

This crewmember was played by background actor Chris Novicki who received no credit for his appearances.
He was identified by the call sheets of the episodes. One of the sheets for Part II is listing him as "1 Wounded Starfleet in Fatigues" for the scene in sickbay.

Group during a formal introduction

Human courtship, formal introduction

A "Formal Introduction"

These three males and two females were in the lesson of The Doctor for Seven of Nine in his course Love Amid the Stars: A Romantic Bestiary. The Doctor called this a "Formal Introduction," which depicted a male and female being introduced by another female, during a social setting. (VOY: "Someone to Watch Over Me")

These men and women were played by unknown performers.
The script describes the scene as "a man and a woman, in casual clothes, being introduced by a second woman, amidst a small gathering of people (in Voyager's Mess Hall)."
A deleted scene featured an additional interaction between the two, in a chapter called: "The Faux Pas." Here the script notes described "the man and woman from "The Formal Introduction" (Scene 11) framed in a tight shot at a small party. The woman has her hands over her mouth in a shocked reaction to something the man just said."

Jarvin's girlfriend

Chakotay believed Jarvin would wish to stay on a planet where the Briori had taken Humans to as slaves, as he had a girlfriend in quantum mechanics, and he believed they wanted to raise a family together. (VOY: "The 37's")

This character was only mentioned in dialogue.

Klingon-appearing crewmember

This crewman was part of the Klingon simulation on the holodeck, run by the Hirogen. He was lying on the ground when Captain Janeway – also appearing Klingon – fought two other Klingons. Later, he was also present when Karr joined the program. As he was wounded, he was treated in sickbay by The Doctor. He was lying on a biobed just in a Klingon uniform without the Klingon ridges and hair. (VOY: "The Killing Game")

This "Klingon" crewmember of Voyager was played by background actor Wade Miller.
The call sheet for Thursday 20 November 1997, filmed on Paramount Stage 9 – the sickbay set, features the note "1 Klingon (Wade Miller) No Makeup or wig. Costume only. Sc. 53" which identifies him as a crewmember of Voyager.

Maquis

Maquis crew in caretaker chamber

Several Maquis crewmembers

Human on Quarra

Human on Quarra

A Human female

In 2377, this Human was affected by radiation when a mine exploded near Voyager's hull. She and the rest of the crew left in escape pods and were rescued by the Quarren, and treated for their radiation burns. However, what the crew didn't know was that the Quarren intended to alter their memories, and make them join their working class on Quarra.
