He bid farewell to Neelix along with other crewmembers and stood in a row in the hallway, when the Talaxian left the ship, in 2378. (VOY: "Homestead")

This operations division bridge officer was working on the bridge of the Voyager in 2374 when the ship was attacked by several Species 8472 bio-ships. He fell over the railing onto a command chair and to the ground. (VOY: "Scorpion, Part II")

This officer was played by stunt actor Johnny Martin who received no credit for this appearance.
He filmed his stunt on Monday 2 June 1997 on Paramount Stage 8 under stunt coordination by Dennis Madalone and is listed as "N.D. Stunt Starfleet" on the call sheet.

He was working in engineering when the ship stranded in the Void and Captain Janeway ordered to shut down all non-relevant systems aboard the Voyager. (VOY: "The Void")

He was among the Voyager crewmembers who were kidnapped and brainwashed to work in a power plant on Quarra the same year. (VOY: "Workforce")

Chief engineer Edit

Voyager's chief engineer was one of the casualties of Voyager's transport into the Delta Quadrant by the Caretaker. (VOY: "Caretaker")

He was only mentioned and did not appear on screen. The novel The Brave and the Bold, Book Two identifies him as Alexander Honigsberg (β). The short story "Letting Go" has him survived by a son, Davey (β).
As most Starfleet chief engineers are lieutenant commanders, it is speculated by fans that this character could be officers T. Ziegler or L. McGarry, as these were two names of lieutenant commanders in the casualty list displayed in "Imperfection".

Crewmember (2374) Edit

A crewmember

This crewmember was killed when her blood pressure was raised beyond fatal levels by the Srivani experiments. She suffered the rupturing of every blood vessel in her body and died on the bridge. Captain Janeway tried to revive her but was unsuccessful. (VOY: "Scientific Method")

This crewmember was played by actress Brita Nowak in her very first Star Trek appearance. Nowak later worked as regular stand-in for Jeri Ryan beginning with the episode "Hunters".
She filmed her scene on Wednesday 30 July 1997 on Paramount Stage 8 and is listed as "1 Dying Starfleet" on the call sheet.
In the Star Trek: Section 31 novel Shadow, her name is given as Ensign Roberta Luke (β), and she was assigned to Voyager by Section 31 to report on Maquis activities; the novel looks at various "traps" she set for Seven of Nine due to her belief that Seven would be a danger to the crew due to her Borg nature, although the traps only activate after her death.

He was working at a console when B'Elanna Torres, Chakotay, and Captain Janeway watched the data submitted by a probe. He later repaired some isolinear chips after the ship engaged the Borg and disposed some Starfleet phaser rifles to Culhane and other crewmembers in engineering. (VOY: "Scorpion")

He was also among the engineers on duty in engineering who tried to remove the Borg technology from the Voyager. (VOY: "The Gift")

This crewmember was played by recurring background actor Cullen Chambers who received no credit for his appearances.

She assisted Kes and Captain Janeway during the preparation of the hibernation pods in cargo bay one. (VOY: "The Thaw")

She was standing guard in sickbay when a holographic recreation of Dr. Lewis Zimmerman helped Kes to say The Doctor. (VOY: "The Swarm")
