This Bajoran security ensign was on duty in the brig where the renegade Borg Crosis was held in late 2369. He wore a traditional Bajoran earring (TNG: "Descent")

This Bajoran security officer was played by an unknown actor.
A cut scene would have revealed why a Bajoran was chosen for such a small cameo appearance: when Crosis lists the ways of killing Humans and Klingons quickly, a line was cut in which he would have said "Bajoran. Puncture the lower ventricle of the heart. Death is immediate.". The line was cut, but the Bajoran officer is still there.

A Bolian ensign in the operations division served aboard the Enterprise-D in the 2360s. In 2367, he was off duty and drinking in Ten Forward when Captain Picard brought in Mirasta Yale, a Malcorian who had just made first contact. He served to show her that the Federation is made up of many, diverse species. (TNG: "First Contact")

This ensign was on duty in the transporter room when Miles O'Brien, Deanna Troi and Data were taken over by Ux-Mal criminals in 2368. He was unable to beam the criminals back to the planet Mab-Bu VI where they had come from, because O'Brien had taken the transporter array off-line and put it in a diagnostic mode. Riker came into the quarters of Troi this ensign slipped into his boots and saluted, shortly before he left the quarters. (TNG: "Man of the People")

He was part of the audience in Ten Foward, who listened the group of musicians, including Keiko O'Brien, Jenna D'Sora, and Data in 2367. (TNG: "In Theory")

He served on an aft station of the bridge when Captain Picard was kidnapped by the Tamarians. (TNG: "Darmok")

He had a drink in Ten Forward when the ship was hit by quantum filaments and lost its power (TNG: "Disaster") and when Commander Riker brought the Ktarian game aboard the ship. (TNG: "The Game")

He was on duty when the Enterprise-D contacted B'iJik in 2368. (TNG: "Unification I")

This Starfleet doctor, holding the rank of a lieutenant, served aboard the Enterprise-D in 2365.

He was treating a patients injured leg and reported that his knitter did not work when he reported his problem to Doctor Katherine Pulaski. She advised him to use a splint and explained what a splint is and how he should use it. He had doubts about this "ancient medicine" and called it crazy but Pulaski refused his comment and ordered him to use this way practicing medicine and use his head, heart, and hands. (TNG: "Contagion")

This doctor was played by Folkert Schmidt.

This nurse was played by Mary McCusker. Her role was originally going to be a little larger but most of her scenes were cut. She would have treated Annette, who broke a leg during the episode and would have been hit by an energy burst emitted by the nanites when she wanted to get Annette and Eric two cups of hot chocolate from the malfunctioning replicator in sickbay.

After the Juarez baby was born, she tucked the boy in, shortly before Captain Picard came to the nursery to welcome the newest member of the ship. (TNG: "Data's Day")

She was also on duty in sickbay when Reginald Barclay was treated there after he was hit by an energy pulse from the Cytherian probe. (TNG: "The Nth Degree")

He later evacuated injured crewmembers from the saucer section. (Star Trek Generations)

Although it is possible that this character may have been Ayala from Star Trek: Voyager, the stardate of Generations places it several months after USS Voyager was lost in the Delta Quadrant. Thus, it is entirely possible in this case, that he is an identical twin.

In 2370, he was part of the security team which accompanied Worf to deck 10 after Data found the source for the power drain there. He was ordered by Worf to scan the deck for the malfunction. (TNG: "Homeward")

He was on duty in the nacelle control room with Lieutenant Nara and enjoyed later a drink in Ten Foward, while the crew investigated the death of Daniel Kwan. (TNG: "Eye of the Beholder")

This lieutenant was played by extra Mark Lentry, who received no credit for his appearance.
It is unknown in which division he served on board the Enterprise-D, he was in civilian gear and referred as lieutenant by Data. It may be possible this is the same character as the command division officer on board Deep Space 9, who was also portrayed by Lentry.

This Bolian was played by background actor Buddy Daniels Friedman who received no credit for his part.

A Bolian man exited a turbolift and passed by Deanna Troi and Samuel Clemens and she was showing him the ship in early 2369. Coming from the 19th century, Clemens assumed the Bolian to be some sort of indentured servant, though Troi explained to him that such oppression did not exist in the Federation, and that his presence aboard the ship was quite voluntary. (TNG: "Time's Arrow, Part II")

He wore the same uniform as the other Bolians working as barbers on the USS Enterprise-D, so he might have been another member of the Bolian staff of barbers aboard the ship. He was uncredited and played by extra Leonard Jones. Jones' Bolian makeup was given a step-by-step outline in the Star Trek: The Next Generation Makeup FX Journal.
