A crewman with the clipboard

A crewman stood next to Pike's chair, and shrugged at the crewperson next to the turbolift door when Pike ordered a continued course for Vega in 2254. (TOS: "The Cage")

This same crewman continued serving aboard the Enterprise after Captain Kirk took command. He was on the bridge when the ship encountered the galactic barrier in 2265. (TOS: "Where No Man Has Gone Before")

He was in a corridor wearing a tan uniform during the red alert for the M-113 creature when the ship was orbiting planet M-113 in 2266. (TOS: "The Man Trap")

Cage "Security" Division Insignia Patch

This crewperson was played by an unknown actor.
This crewperson apparently served in the capacity of security as he was the only other crewperson to wear the unique division insignia as the crewperson stationed by the elevator (as seen depicted by operations personnel throughout TOS in this location), suggesting a security team. Apparently this crewperson remained for Kirk's command, even though the scene where he appeared in" The Man Trap" was stock footage from the pilot episodes (as evidenced by his older-style uniform).

Crewman #1

Turbolift guard

File:CageSecurity.jpg

A crewman posted by the bridge entrance (right)

A crewman stood next to the turbolift doors on the bridge, and occasionally interacted with the crewperson stationed next to Pike's chair 2254. He likewise wore the only other unique division insignia patch as the crewperson stationed next to Pike. (TOS: "The Cage")

This crewperson was played by an unknown actor.
Apparently this crewperson served in the capacity of security (as seen depicted by operations personnel throughout TOS occupying this location) and was the only other crewperson to wear the unique badge insignia suggesting a security team. He was named Valdini in the novel The Rift by Peter David and he was one of many officers that perished on Argus X in 2268.

Crewmembers in civilian wear

These two crewmembers were seen by Captain Pike on a corridor in 2254. They were wearing civilian outfits. (TOS: "The Cage")

In the second revised final draft script of "The Cage", these crewmembers are referred to as "a casually dressed Young Man and Young Lady intent on each other, obviously headed for a ship's recreation area."
They were played by unknown performers.

Transporter guard

File:Transporter room guard, 2250s.jpg

Guard outside the transporter room

This officer guard stood outside the transporter room as a landing party made final preparations before attempting to beam down to Talos IV. (TOS: "The Cage")

Yeoman
