The following is a list of unnamed Talarians.

Cadets []

Four cadets were found wounded and unconscious aboard a Talarian observation craft in 2367, along with a fifth cadet name Jono, who was a Human. Doctor Crusher ordered to beam them directly into sickbay where she treated their wounds. They returned to the Talarians after meeting Captain Endar aboard the Q'Maire. (TNG: "Suddenly Human")

All four cadets were portrayed by background actors and two of them with the last names Hogan and Weisberger. They filmed their scenes in sickbay on 26 July 1990 on Paramount Stage 9.
The call sheet features the note "4 cadets with prosthetics".

Delinquent []

This delinquent was arrested on Deep Space 9 in 2373 after having drunk too much raktajino, which had intoxicating effects on him. He was to be released after sobering up and being warned to avoid raktajino from now on. (DS9: "A Simple Investigation")

This character was only mentioned in dialogue.

Endar's son []

The son of Endar died during the Castal I conflict, leading Endar to claim the son of his dead enemy as per Talarian custom. (TNG: "Suddenly Human")

This Talarian was only mentioned in dialogue.

Officers []

Two officers, who served aboard the Talarian warship Q'Maire, beamed aboard the USS Enterprise-D together with Captain Endar. They were dressed in full Talarian militia garb, including helmets and gloves and wore the same insignia as their captain. (TNG: "Suddenly Human")

Slow eater []

A Talarian eating at Deep Space 9 in 2371 had barely touched his food, while the Human sitting with him had already finished. Garak pointed them out to Julian Bashir as an example to support his hypothesis that eating quickly rather than savoring one's food was a Human characteristic. Annoyed, Bashir then suggested that Garak and the Talarian could spend the afternoon together while he and the Human ate dessert. (DS9: "Improbable Cause")

This character was only mentioned in dialogue.
The individual Garak spoke of was in reality a Kobheerian misidentified as Talarian.

Youths []

These Talarian youths participated in a contest with Jono, losing to the Human boy, who suffered a broken arm as a result. (TNG: "Suddenly Human")

These youths were only mentioned in dialogue.
