Captain
The Takret captain was in charge of the boarding party that seized Enterprise during a neutronic storm. They were looking for deserters from the Takret military who were on Enterprise. They fled when they realized the officers were corrupt, pirating alien vessels, and committing illegal acts. The Takret are immune to the radiation, but Humans are not and the crew was hiding in the catwalk for protection. The captain, at first believing the ship was empty, ordered his men to stabilize the engines so they could impound it. Archer contacted him and told him that he would destroy the ship rather than let the Takret impound it. The captain did not believe him. Archer ordered Mayweather to head for a plasma eddy.
