A physician

In an alternate timeline in which it took Voyager twenty-six years to return to Earth, this physician was treating Tuvok, who was suffering a neurological disorder that had destroyed his mind. Tuvok had become very upset about the disappearance of Admiral Kathryn Janeway. The physician called The Doctor to visit Tuvok in hopes of calming him down. (VOY: "Endgame")

The physician was played by Miguel Perez.

These officers attended the 10th anniversary reunion party of the homecoming of the USS Voyager in 2404 in Admiral Kathryn Janeway's apartment. (VOY: "Endgame")

All Starfleet officers were played by background performers who received no credit for their appearance.
Several costumes were sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay, including the ones of Peter Osinoff, [1] [2] Brenda Kaye, [3] Yvette Callum, [4] and three without name tags. [5] [6] [7] The last costume is possibly the one worn by Lisa Vanasco. The uniform worn by Johnny Linares was previously worn by actor Tom Odom and later sold off on the web. [8]

A Vulcan command division officer attended the ten-year anniversary of Voyager's return to the Alpha Quadrant party in Admiral Kathryn Janeway's apartment. He served in Starfleet, and could be seen having drinks around the party. (VOY: "Endgame")

He was played by regular Enterprise background actor Glen Hambly, who received no credit for his appearance.

In an alternate future of the early 25th century, this command division ensign served on board the USS Enterprise-D after its refit. Jean-Luc Picard ran into him on his search for Ten Forward. The ensign explained him the way. (TNG: "All Good Things...")

This ensign was played by Stephen Matthew Garvin.
