List of unnamed Kyrians.
Arbiter
The Kyrian arbiter was part of a commission formed to investigate Quarren's activation of USS Voyager's EMH program. The Doctor gave startling evidence that the account of the great war between the Vaskans and Kyrians was incorrect. The arbiter wanted the investigation stopped and the EMH program deactivated. She believed that this was an attempt by the Vaskans to blame the war on the Kyrians and further subjugate her people to second class status. Her objections were overruled and the investigation continued. (VOY: "Living Witness")
Boy visitor
This boy visited the Kyrian Museum of Heritage. He was touching an exhibit of a photon torpedo from the USS Voyager, when Quarren told him that the torpedo might go off. The boy became scared and Quarren told him he was only fooling him.
Commandos
These Kyrians were a group of three who entered the machine room of the Voyager in the fictitious account of events. They activated Seven of Nine who assimilated them with her assimilation tubules. (VOY: "Living Witness")
Spectator
The Kyrian spectator, while visiting Quarren's museum, asked how many people Voyager had on board, and if they had attacked other worlds. Like most of his information which was in error, Quarren told him that Voyager had a complement of three hundred people, and that the Borg drones on Voyager had assimilated many races to serve in the Voyager army. (VOY: "Living Witness")
Tedran's accomplice
Tedran's accomplice was captured by Voyager and executed by Captain Janeway, along with Tedran, when he refused to reveal the location of his troops. This was what the Kyrians believed, although they were proven wrong when Quarren discovered the Voyager's EMH. (VOY: "Living Witness")
Torture victim
This Kyrian male was being tortured for refusing to reveal the location of his leader, Tedran. Harry Kim was in charge of the interrogation, and when his beatings of the Kyrian failed to produce the information, The Doctor injected the Kyrian with a solution that caused intense pain and dissolved his brain. Chakotay promised to have the Doctor reverse the solution's effects if the Kyrian provided the information, which he did. Chakotay told Janeway that the Kyrian was very cooperative in the end. Like most of the information that was provided by the Kyrians about Voyager's involvement in the civil war with the Vaskans, this scenario was not true. (VOY: "Living Witness")
Visitor
This Kyrian visited the Kyrian Museum of Heritage when Tabris was the curator after the death of Quarren. He heard how Quarren along with the Doctor had found out the truth about the great war between the Kyrians and Vaskans. This led to a better understanding the two races ending hundreds of years of hostility. (VOY: "Living Witness")
Women visitors
These women visitors attended a presentation by Quarren at the Kyrian Museum of Heritage of USS Voyager role in the Kyrian-Vaskan war.
