Off duty, he and Jones visited the promenade and Quark's after the Cardassian attack on Deep Space 9 in 2369. (DS9: "Emissary")

He visited Quark's at the same time the Duras sisters Lursa and B'Etor joined the bar. (DS9: "Past Prologue")

He was present in ops when Chief O'Brien fixed the navigational computer and later when Chief O'Brien talked to Major Kira. (DS9: "Babel")

He operated the center station of ops when Chief O'Brien was advised for his actions helping the Tosk by Commander Sisko in his office. (DS9: "Captive Pursuit")

He joined a female companion for dinner at the replimat and passed Quark's during the auction held there for artifacts from the Gamma Quadrant. (DS9: "Q-Less")

He passed Quark's Bar while the Ferengi hired Durg and two Bajoran mercenaries (DS9: "The Passenger") and while the Wadi visited Quark's Bar to play games. (DS9: "Move Along Home")

He served in ops when the Klingon Vor'cha-class attack cruiser IKS Toh'Kaht came through the wormhole and exploded near the station and when the crew returned to normal after they'd been taken over by the Saltah'na energy spheres. (DS9: "Dramatis Personae")

After he served in ops he witnessed the destruction of Deep Space 9's school by a bomb and later Neela's assassination attempt on Vedek Bareil. (DS9: "In the Hands of the Prophets")

He was chatting with a woman on the promenade and had later a drink in the replimat, when Li Nalas was rescued and brought aboard Deep Space 9. (DS9: "The Homecoming")

He was among the Starfleet officers in Ops during Sisko's speech in 2370. (DS9: "The Siege")

He was off duty and a guest in the Klingon restaurant on the promenade in 2370. (DS9: "Melora")

He visited Quark's when a brawl between the Klingon Intelligence officers and the Romulan guards started. Later he joined a female companion on the promenade. In the alternate future O'Brien experienced, he joined O'Brien on the runabout during the evacuation of Deep Space 9. (DS9: "Visionary")

He was one of the crewmembers aboard the Defiant who were secured in their quarters while a Changeling saboteur took over the control of the ship. (DS9: "The Adversary")

He visited Quark's shortly before he manned a station on board the Defiant. In the following rescue mission for the Cardassian Detapa Council he was wounded in a battle with three Klingon Birds-of-Prey. He recovered and left Quark's later when the station got into red alert. (DS9: "The Way of the Warrior")

In an alternate timeline he attended the memorial service for Benjamin Sisko on the promenade. (DS9: "The Visitor")

He was on duty on board the Defiant during the meeting with the Karemma in the Gamma Quadrant. His console exploded when a Jem'Hadar fighter fired on the Defiant. He wasn't injured and able to continue his duty. (DS9: "Starship Down")

That year, he conferred with Worf while walking the station's corridors, when Worf was called by Odo and informed his brother Kurn had been shot by a Boslic freighter captain. (DS9: "Sons of Mogh")

He was a guest in Quark's when Brunt closed the establishment and took all property away from Quark. (DS9: "Body Parts")

He was off duty when he visited the promenade and talked to a civilian woman. (DS9: "Wrongs Darker Than Death or Night")

Off duty and with longer hair he visited Quark's Bar in 2375 (DS9: "Image in the Sand") and passed Ezri Dax on the second level of the promenade. (DS9: "Afterimage")

This Starfleet officer was played by regular background actor and stand-in Mark Lentry who received no credit for his appearances.
His rank pips changed several times from an ensign to a lieutenant commander.
It may be possible he served on board the Enterprise-D prior to his assignment on DS9, because a lieutenant, also portrayed by Lentry, appeared in several episodes.

This Starfleet command division crewman passed Lieutenant Dax and Major Kira on the Promenade in 2369. He smiled at Dax and said "Hello, lieutenant.". Dax smiled back at him and told Kira shortly after this she should get used to be a female again as she wasn't a female for over eighty years. (DS9: "Babel")

This Starfleet officer was played by Todd Feder. This character was scripted as "Starfleet male" and listed as "Federation male" in the end credits of the episode.

This crewman suffered from the aphasia virus in 2369. He was infected after a Bajoran device malfunctioned and infected Deep Space 9 while under Bajoran/Federation occupation. Together with a female companion he entered the infirmary and told Commander Sisko and the Doctor "View lost pile luck. Away tunnel back the garden.". (DS9: "Babel")

This Starfleet officer was played by Lee Brooks. This character was scripted as "Starfleet Aphasia Victim Two" and listed as "Aphasia victim" in the end credits of the episode.

This Bolian officer served in the command division aboard Deep Space 9.

He was talking to a Bajoran deputy on the promenade when Nog and Jake Sisko made business with the Lissepian freighter captain. Later he visited Quark's Bar and was winning at the dabo table. The bar patrons applauded to him. (DS9: "Progress")

He also appeared in Julian Bashir's Lethean-induced hallucinations in 2371. (DS9: "Distant Voices")

He was present during the celebration in the wardroom when Ezri Dax was promoted to lieutenant jg in early 2375. (DS9: "Afterimage")

She was working on ops when Odo told Kira Nerys about his Klingon afternoon. She was also present on ops when Jadzia Dax returned from her mission. (DS9: "Blood Oath")

She was present on ops when the crew witnessed the destruction of the Bok'Nor and when Calvin Hudson visited Sisko's office. Later she passed two Peliar Zel natives on the upper level on the promenade and passed the entry of Quark's, talking to another Starfleet officer. (DS9: "The Maquis, Part I")

She passed Garak and Bashir on the promenade, talking to another woman. She also visited the replimat and was eating with another officer. (DS9: "The Wire")

Off duty, she was on the promenade when a young Jem'Hadar came storming out of the infirmary and was very scared by the young alien who nearly ran her over. (DS9: "The Abandoned")

After the security on the station was brought back she was a guest at Quark's Bar, passing guests on the second level. (DS9: "Civil Defense")

This Starfleet officer was portrayed by regular background actress Sue Henley who also portrayed Ensign Brooks on Star Trek: Voyager. She received no credit for her appearances.

This Human served as helm officer aboard the USS Defiant during the initial mission to enter the Gamma Quadrant and locate the Founders in 2371. He was killed when the ship was attacked by the Jem'Hadar. (DS9: "The Search, Part I")

In a hypothetical situation proposed in 2372 by Ch'Pok in which Worf was injured during a Klingon attack, forcing Chief Miles O'Brien to take command of the Defiant, this Human officer reported to O'Brien as helmsman. (DS9: "Rules of Engagement")

This Defiant helmsman was played by actor Christopher Michael.
It is unclear whether this officer exists in real life or was simply a figment of O'Brien's imagination, though the vivid picture in his head suggests O'Brien likely placed a real officer in that position.

This Human officer piloted the Defiant under the command of Worf against the Borg during the Battle of Sector 001 in 2373. When the Defiant's life support systems failed, he was beamed aboard the USS Enterprise-E with the rest of the Defiant crew. (Star Trek: First Contact)

She visited Quark's and was watching Sarina Douglas playing a dabo game hosted by M'Pella. (DS9: "Chrysalis")

She was working on ops when Captain Sisko learned about the secret undercover mission of Miles O'Brien. (DS9: "Prodigal Daughter")

She visited Quark's in 2375 when some senior staff crewmembers toasted Hector Ilario for his excellent performance on the USS Defiant's helm in a recent battle. (DS9: "Field of Fire")

Together with a male civilian she passed the infirmary on the promenade when Ezri Dax entered it. (DS9: "When It Rains...")
