Catullan ambassador
The Catullan ambassador was the ambassador from Catulla to the Federation in 2269. His son, Tongo Rad, was a follower of Doctor Sevrin, looking for Eden. It was because Tongo Rad was the son of the Ambassador that his entire group wasn't confined to the brig. He was exceptionally talented in the field of space studies, which his son inherited.
