This unnamed Caitian officer was an admiral who attended James T. Kirk's court martial in 2286. (Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home)

The Starfleet Operations Manual from Decipher gives his name as S'rrel (β).

This unnamed Caitian officer was a commodore who attended James T. Kirk's court martial in 2286. (Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home)

Additionally, this may not be a Caitian at all. Its appearance more closely resembles a bat than a cat, and may be a unique (and yet unnamed) race.

Twins

In 2259 of the alternate reality, James T. Kirk slept with two Caitian twins. (Star Trek Into Darkness)

These Caitan twins were played by real life twins Katie and Kellie Cockrell.

Damon Lindelof confirmed that they are Caitians in an interview with Star Trek.com. [1]
