Another Bolian with hair; as it's been implied Bolians are bald and just sometimes wear wigs, it's probable that this is a wig, like the Bolian, Wearing a Toupee below.

While doing character sketches for future stories, Jake Sisko observes this short Bolian, wearing a toupee. This Bolian was walking arm-and-arm with a Bajoran dabo girl, with whom he was trying to impress. (DS9: "The Muse")
