The USS Yamaguchi (NCC-26510) was an Template:ShipClass Federation starship that was in service during the latter half of the 24th century.

In 2367, the Yamaguchi participated in the battle against the Borg at Wolf 359. It engaged the attacking Borg cube, alongside the USS Bellerophon, at the time the cube had tractored the USS Saratoga. It was ultimately destroyed in the battle along with 38 other starships. (DS9: "Emissary")
