Revision as of 20:08, 4 July 2015

The USS Tripoli (NCC-19386) was a 24th century Federation starship operated by Starfleet.

This cruiser was the only ship to respond to the distress call from the Omicron Theta colony, following its destruction by the Crystalline Entity in 2338. Its landing party discovered a signaling beacon that led them to the deactivated Soong-type android, Data. (TNG: "Datalore")

During the late 2360s the Tripoli served as a holding vessel for starship components on the outer rim of the surplus depot at Qualor II, in sector 12-Delta-4. In 2368 the Tripoli received goods on a regular schedule, however, unknown to the depot quartermaster at the time, the ship was removed and its position used by a smuggler ship to steal the components. (TNG: "Unification I", okudagram)

The Tripoli later fought in the Dominion War. In 2374, the starship reported numerous casualties to Starfleet Command. The name of the reporting ship and its registry and the casualties were named on the Personnel Status Update chart in the Deep Space 9 wardroom. (DS9: "In the Pale Moonlight", okudagram)
