The USS LaSalle was a 24th century Federation starship operated by Starfleet.
In 2367, the LaSalle reported unusual radiation anomalies in the Gamma Arigulon system, that were later investigated by the USS Enterprise-D. (TNG: "Reunion")
The Star Trek Encyclopedia stated that this vessel was a Deneva-class starship, with a registry of NCC-6203. (citation needed • edit)
This ship was probably named for René-Robert de LaSalle, a 17th-century French explorer who, among other things, was the first to navigate the Great Lakes in North America.
