According to this order, the Elmer Fudd was to await instructions on the proper means of transmitting information on the testing of the Mark 25 warp sensor to the Advanced Tech Division. The starship was instructed to take all steps necessary to prevent the Ferengi agents, who were operating in the same sector, from learning about the Mark 25 Warp Sensor and its capabilities. This sensor had strategic value, and the mission the Elmer Fudd was assigned was classified as most secret.
