Tulsy Ball (born 24 September 1972; age 51) is an actor and producer who appeared as a Vori commando in the Star Trek: Voyager fourth season episode "Nemesis". He filmed his scene on Wednesday 25 June 1997 on Paramount Stage 16.

Beside his appearance in Star Trek, Ball also worked as an actor on the crime thriller Albino Alligator (1996, with Spencer Garrett) and on the crime drama Every 43 Seconds (2003, with Robert Axelrod). In 2010, he founded the production company Stone Circle Films. [1]

In 2009, he worked as field producer on the reality show Trick My Truck and in 2010, he was the production manager/coordinator on the reality show What a Tool. On the 2013 documentary Two: The Story of Roman & Nyro, Ball worked as cinematographer and his credits as consulting and/or executive producer include the reality programs and documentaries City Swappers (2013), Swamp Monsters (2014), Bering Sea Gold: After the Dredge (2012), Heroes of Cosplay (2013-2014), Bering Sea Gold: Under the Ice (2012-2014), and Bering Sea Gold (2012-2015).
