The Treaty of Sirius was signed between the Kzin Patriarchy and Earth at the end of the Earth-Kzin Wars. It covers the complete demilitarization of the Patriarchy, with only a small police force allowed. It also allows Earth, and later the United Federation of Planets, complete and unrestricted access to Kzinti space.
The treaty was apparently signed on a planet in the Sirius system, most likely Sirius IX. (TAS: "The Slaver Weapon")
