Changes: Treaty of Bajor

The Treaty of Bajor ended the Dominion War in 2375 and was signed on Deep Space 9 by Federation Alliance and Dominion personnel. (DS9: "What You Leave Behind")

Stipulations in the treaty included:

The surrender of the Female Changeling to the custody of the Federation.
The re-establishment of an independent and sovereign Cardassian Union.
The end of the occupation of the Cardassian Union by the Dominion and Breen Confederacy.
The immediate withdrawal of all Dominion ships and personnel in the Alpha Quadrant to the Gamma Quadrant.
