Torres 216 was a holoprogram created by B'Elanna Torres after she learned that here former Maquis "family" was massacred by the Cardassians in mid-2374.
Torres would run the program, in which she battled Cardassian soldiers in a cave, with the safety protocols turned off, and as a result would suffer from severe injuries. (VOY: "Extreme Risk")
