Lieutenant Torres
Torres was a lieutenant who served onboard the USS Enterprise-D during its first year of service. Torres was assigned as the flight controller on the Enterprise in early 2364, when Q first visited the Enterprise. When Torres attempted to draw his hand phaser after Q's intrusion, he was frozen by the entity. He was eventually thawed and recovered. (TNG: "Encounter at Farpoint")
