Torman V was the fifth planet in the Torman system and was an inhabited planet located near Cardassian space.

When Captain Picard, Doctor Crusher and Lieutenant Worf were on an undercover mission to Celtris III, they at first traveled to Torman V with a shuttle; here they hired the Ferengi smuggler DaiMon Solok to transport them further to Celtris III. (TNG: "Chain of Command, Part I")

The exterior view of Torman V is a matte painting re-used from the fifth season episode "The Masterpiece Society" where it was used to depict the planet Moab IV.
According to the Star Trek: Star Charts, on page 46, the Torman system was a binary star system that was located in the Alpha Quadrant. The system's primary was a Class A star. It had a magnitude of -1, which was 100 times brighter than Sol. Stellar companion was a Class A star, too.
