Tony Blair was the British Prime Minister for a period spanning the end of the 20th and beginning of the 21st century. At some point he attended a NATO summit, where he shook hands with American President George W. Bush.

In 2154, Daniels showed Archer the timeline correcting itself. Images of Blair shaking hands with Bush were seen in the restored version. (ENT: "Storm Front, Part II")
