A time-piece

The time-piece was a hand-held device used by an unknown humanoid culture in the Delta Quadrant for tracking time. The display featured three sets of digits which relayed rotations, intervals, and fraction, the method of which the culture tracked time. (VOY: "Time and Again")

Strangely, time was displayed on the device using standard Arabic digits.
