Tim Lounibos is the actor who played Lieutenant junior grade Daniel Kwan in the Star Trek: The Next Generation seventh season episode "Eye of the Beholder" in 1994. He also provided the voice of Vin Asunder for the Star Trek: Away Team computer game in 2001.
