Thelma Lee is the actress who portrayed Kahlest in the Star Trek: The Next Generation third season episode "Sins of the Father" in 1990.
Lee started her career as a comedienne in the comedy series Toast of the Town in the early 1960s. She is the sister of late actress and producer Madeline Lee Gilford.
