The Stars and Stripes Forever is a march composed by John Philip Sousa on Earth in the year 1896.

Sheet music for the march was seen on the piano of a jazz musician in a holographic recreation of the Bourbon Street Bar in the city of New Orleans on Earth. (TNG: "11001001")

When the USS Enterprise-D was experiencing malfunctions due to tampering by nanites in early 2366, The Stars and Stripes Forever was played on all communications channels. (TNG: "Evolution")
