The Star Dispatch was a United States of America newspaper that was in circulation during the mid-1930s. It was published daily.

While reviewing the altered timeline on his tricorder in 1930, Spock happened across the article taken from a 1936 issue of The Star Dispatch. In it, he found Edith Keeler on the front-page, along with an article that featured her meeting with President Franklin D. Roosevelt. (TOS: "The City on the Edge of Forever")

The star dispatch is a "generic" fictional newspaper that was seen carrying headlines in numerous movies from the 1940s and 1950s, including such classics as "Astro-Zombies" and "All the King's Men".
