After Odo finds a sick infant Changeling, he nurses it back to health and tries to train it with the unwanted help of Dr. Mora.
Summary
Quark finds a sick infant Changeling and sells it to Odo, who is irked when Doctor Mora Pol comes to Deep Space Nine to help him study it. The infant does not survive, but while dying it merges into Odo and give him back his changeling abilities.
Meanwhile Major Kira gives birth to Kirayoshi O'Brien. Shakaar and O'Brien clash over the situation.
