In 2375, tetryon pulse launchers were part of the armory of the Template:ShipClass USS Enterprise-E. Captain Jean-Luc Picard took eight launchers on his mission to help the Ba'ku resist forced resettlement by the Son'a. (Star Trek: Insurrection)

The launchers were never seen on-screen in Star Trek: Insurrection.
In DS9: "Blood Oath", Klingon disruptor banks were modulated to fire tetryon particles in order to neutralize all directed energy weapons in the blast area.

Apocrypha

According to the Decipher Starfleet Operations Manual, the Tetryon pulse launcher is a phaser weapon developed by Starfleet in 2370. It is a 135cm long hand-held version of the ship-mounted phaser cannon. The weapon uses a beam of tetryon particles to bounce off the target providing range and vector information before firing the phaser bolt. The weapon features similar destructive power to the shuttlecraft mounted phaser emitters of the era.

In the video games Star Trek: Voyager - Elite Force and Star Trek: Elite Force II, tetryon pulse weapons designed by the Hirogen and the Klingons are available for the player, such as the tetryon pulse disruptor at Memory Beta, the wiki for licensed Star Trek works and the tetryon gatling gun at Memory Beta, the wiki for licensed Star Trek works. Both are also capable of firing tetryon energy bursts that bounce off surfaces when magnetically constrained.
