Telluridan synthale was a dark, alcoholic beverage.

In 2367, the Turkana IV Alliance faction on the planet Turkana IV was in the possession of several bottles of the beverage. Shortly thereafter, their last crate of Telluridan synthale was stolen by the rival faction of the planet, the Coalition, however.

Hayne, the leader of the Coalition gave one bottle of the precious liquid as a gift to Captain Jean-Luc Picard of the USS Enterprise-D. (TNG: "Legacy")
